Salary : $65,000–$75,000 / year

Armada Recovery is one of the fastest‑growing addiction treatment and behavioral health organizations in the Midwest, with programs across Ohio and Indiana and over 300 new beds coming online in the next 12 months. We are building a culture‑driven, mission‑first organization — and we are looking for a creative, energetic, people‑focused Social Media Manager & Content Creator to bring our story to life.

This is NOT a corporate desk job. This is an on‑site, hands‑on, boots‑on‑the‑ground content role filming real people, capturing real stories, and showing the heart of Armada.

If you love TikTok trends, creating meaningful content, and bringing teams together through storytelling — this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Own Armada’s full social media presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including

Create Daily Content

Film, edit, and post short‑form videos

Capture day‑in‑the‑life moments across our treatment centers

Highlight staff, clients (with consent), alumni, events, and culture

Identify and execute trending TikTok / IG Reel ideas

Drive Employee Engagement

Create fun team videos

Run staff challenges, celebrations, and interactive content

Produce employee spotlights and facility highlights

Showcase Our Programs & Mission

Film at detox, PHP / IOP, and sober living locations

Create facility tours and “behind the scenes”

Promote alumni success stories and graduation moments

Strengthen Community Partnerships

Spotlight referral partners, hospitals, courts, community agencies

Capture outreach events and collaborations

Build Armada’s Brand

Plan content calendars

Track analytics & growth

Elevate Armada as the leading, mission‑driven recovery organization in Ohio & Indiana

Who We’re Looking For

Someone with a natural eye for storytelling, who loves people, energy, and fast‑paced environments. You should be:

Skilled in filming, editing, and short‑form content

Comfortable engaging with staff and clients

Confident capturing authentic, positive moments

Fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, and trend culture

Highly organized with strong follow‑through

Able to travel between our Ohio facilities multiple days per week

Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is NOT required — passion, creativity, and personality matter more.
