Pizza Bocca Lupo in San Jose, CA is looking for an artisan pizza maker to join our team. We have part time positions available of 20-30hours per week.

We are located on 87 North San Pedro Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and hard-working. You need to be available at least Friday, Saturday and preferably Sundays. And you need to be available during / around the Holidays (we are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Day).

Pay is between $18-$20 / hour, Tips are $6-$10 / Hour. Total pay including tip is $24-$30 / hour depending on experience.

We are a Vera Pizza Napoletana trained restaurant in downtown San Jose and we are looking to expand our team! Our current opening is as follows :

Pizzaiolo / Pizza Chef / Prep cook

We are in search of someone who shares our passion for pizza! Must have previous kitchen experience and an assertive, team-player. If you have a strong work ethic and desire to be recognized for your hard work, you will thrive here. There is opportunity for growth into lead and management for the right individual. We take great pride in our team and our product and expect that you will also.

Special consideration will be given to anyone with wood-fired oven cooking experience

Interface with customers

Stretch, top and cook pizzas

Clean up kitchen at the end of the night

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the United States (we use E-verify; https : / / www.e- verify.gov / sites / default / files / everify / posters / EVerifyParticipationPoster.pdf)

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Able to work weekends and holidays when required

Servsafe certification and adhere to strict food hygiene standards
