Southaven Honda is seeking a high-performing, experienced Service Advisor who delivers exceptional customer experiences and is positioned to grow into a future management role.
This position is ideal for a motivated, task-oriented professional who understands Honda service standards, values accuracy, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the service lane experience from write-up through vehicle delivery
Accurately document customer concerns and recommend maintenance and repairs
Communicate effectively with technicians, parts, and management
Ensure repair orders meet Honda and dealership standards
Drive CSI, service retention, and first-visit resolution
Provide timely updates and set clear customer expectations
Maintain organization, follow-up, and workflow discipline
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of Service Advisor experience in a dealership environment
Honda certification or equivalent OEM certification – required
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
Task-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume service operations
Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
