Job Description Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking a full-time CDL Driver and Warehouse Worker fora long-term government contract located in Arlington, VA. Main driving duties will include the handling of secure mail and property and cover Alexandria, VA, Washington County, MD, and the National Capitol Region.
Receiving, inspecting, delivering,and loading and unloading trucks
Understands warehousingprocesses and systems
Understands inventorymanagement systems
Experience withfurniture moving
Ability to use acomputer
Ability to workindependently
Highly dependable andpunctual
Furniture moves andrelocations
Transporting bulk items
Operating the WarehouseManagement System
Requirements
Class B CDL (at a minimum) and current medical card required
Must have a clean driving record
Must be capable of passing a background check and drug test to receive a Federal badge
Experiencewith Government contracts is preferred
Musthave knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles
Must beable to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Must becapable of standing, bending, and walking for the majority of a workday
Abilityto lift and carrying moderately heavy material (up to 50 lbs)
