Job Description Customer Service Representative I
Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative I for a leader in the healthcare industry. This is a temp to perm position, with pay of $13.00/hour, for the 1st shift, M-F 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. These are entry-level, front-end CSR positions in one of our large call centers.
Job Functions
Take calls from patients for Rx re-orders and occasionally speak with doctors/nurses, primarily handling patients.
Handle 50–60 inbound and outbound calls per day.
Perform data entry and use software programs.
Maintain solid customer relationships by addressing questions and concerns quickly and professionally.
Document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary.
Provide world‑class service to customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner.
Meet productivity standards set by management and identify and report trends in call drivers.
Maintain close attention to accuracy, perform independently, following practices and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience; retail customer service experience in a call center is a plus.
At least 6 months of continuous employment with previous employer.
Initial training of roughly two weeks, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including receiving and placing telephone calls.
Good communication skills and motivation.
Basic PC skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
