Assistant Manager – Hickory Manor, a 190‑unit apartment community in Desoto, TX. Position Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Community Manager with daily property operations. Responsibilities
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service Assist the Community Manager in training, directing, motivating, and supervising site personnel Establish positive relationships within the community Be on‑call as scheduled by management Qualifications
1–2 years of prior property management experience preferred Experience with Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market‑Rate properties preferred Yardi software experience preferred Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed About Dominium
