Snapshot Pay Range: $80,000‑$100,000 DOE

The Job The BCBA position involves serving a caseload of individual clients and supervising assistant specialists and behavior technicians, using a mix of in‑person and telehealth service delivery models. BCBAs also provide training for parents and other direct care staff as needed. All team members participate in collaborative projects and professional development, including case reviews and research analysis.

Candidate Requirements

Experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment settings (autism services preferred)

Experience providing clinical oversight to others

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners (or eligible to apply if from out of state)

Must possess your own reliable transportation and be able to provide proof of insurance, registration, a valid driver’s license and meet all other compliance requirements for hire

Must be Arizona‑based OR in the relocation process

Currently our programs involving BCBAs include Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention, home and clinic‑based ABA, crisis intervention for adolescents and young adults (Clinical Family Coaching), and school‑based BCBA consultation. We are mission‑driven to help families, to fill the gaps, and continuously evolve to meet that goal; with plans to open more ABA clinics in the Valley this year, this is a great time to join the team!
