Schedule : Full-time positions available with various shifts.
AM Shift : 6 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
PM Shift : 6 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am, 10 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

Your Responsibilities :
Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
Assist residents in achieving and maintaining their highest level of well-being.
Perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor outcomes.
Collaborate with residents, families, and care teams for personalized care.
Maintain safety standards and clinical best practices.
What You Need to Succeed :
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English.
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Colorado RN license or Compact RN license.
Long-term care experience is advantageous but not required.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
