Our Client, an Agriculture Products company, is looking for a Data Coordinator for their Fargo, ND location.
Responsibilities
Create and follow up on purchase orders, payment processing, and part transfer requests using established processes
Facilitate external calibration of advanced electronic test equipment
Coordinate the logistics of internal and external testing activities including but not limited to shipping, receiving, and test sample intake
Maintain accurate inventory records and organization of engineering storage areas
Support planning and coordination of events and meetings
Conduct post-completion audits of projects
Requirements
Ability to use or quickly learn the tools/processes for the role; examples include but are not limited to: Microsoft Office, calibration databases, product lifecycle management tools, product verification databases, Microsoft Visio, enterprise specific software tools
Accurately follow multi-step instructions and complex workflows
Ability to communicate and work cross functionally amongst work groups.
Quick learner and highly motivated to achieve individual and organizational goals
Highly organized and punctual
Microsoft Office (Excel, OneNote, Outlook - Intermediate)
Highly accurate data entry skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships through a track record of timely and accurate work.
