Position Overview The Amazon & Walmart Lead is responsible for driving growth and managing daily operations across Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace. This role oversees product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory management, and account health to ensure optimal performance on both platforms. The Lead will analyze market trends, monitor competitor activity, and collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies that increase visibility, sales, and profitability while maintaining compliance with platform policies. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace, including product listings, promotions, and campaigns. Optimize product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords to maximize conversions. Implement and manage Amazon PPC and Walmart advertising campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI. Monitor and maintain account health across both platforms, ensuring compliance with Amazon and Walmart policies and performance metrics. Forecast inventory needs, manage replenishment cycles, and coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts or overstock. Analyze competitor activities and marketplace trends to refine pricing strategies and strengthen market position. Handle customer service escalations, product returns, and feedback management to maintain positive ratings and brand reputation. Generate and analyze performance reports for both channels, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace account management. Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC, Walmart Connect, and marketplace optimization strategies. Proven track record of increasing sales and improving account performance in ecommerce marketplaces. Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
