Senior Plant Cost Analyst
Our client is seeking a seasoned manufacturing finance professional who thrives in fast-paced production environments and brings a steady, analytical approach to decision support. This role partners closely with operations to drive financial clarity, cost optimization, and continuous improvement across plant activities. The ideal candidate is both highly independent and deeply collaborative, with a strong foundation in cost accounting and data-driven insights.
This role is onsite in Richburg, South Carolina.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
Serve as the primary financial partner for plant operations and leadership Lead cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close activities Monitor inventory transactions, variances, and physical/cycle counts Develop financial reporting, dashboards, and operational analytics Evaluate ROI for capital projects and support cost-reduction initiatives Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Strong stability in work history within mid-to-large organizations Advanced analytics skills using SQL, Power BI, or similar tools Experience with ERP systems and inventory accounting processes Salary
$120K/year + Bonus. Benefits
