Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage plant budgets and financial forecasts.
Prepare monthly financial reports and operational performance dashboards.

Evaluate capital expenditure projects, including ROI and payback period.
Support inventory valuation, analysis, and obsolescence reporting.
Identify and implement cost reduction opportunities and process improvements.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong understanding of cost accounting principles, including variance analysis and standard costing in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and business intelligence tools.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Familiarity with manufacturing operations, inventory valuation, and supply chain finance.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of cost accounting principles and variance analysis specific to manufacturing.
Experience with manufacturing-specific ERP modules (e.g., SAP PP/CO, Oracle Manufacturing).
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
