Kelly Services is currently seeking an Insurance Claims Processor for one of our top clients in Richardson, TX. Processors in the Richardson office are expected to assist in the processing of the paperwork needed to settle auto total loss insurance claims for our customers. Duties
Create letters based on criteria submitted by adjusters in a template form Review SharePoint for appropriate communications per state regulations Contact Banks to attain the payoff balance for our customers' vehicles Document actions/progress in NextGen, our information system Create FedEx labels and packages Responsibilities
Maintain letter accuracy Maintain quality and production expectations Additional Information
