We are seeking a motivated Tax Staff Accountant with internship experience or up to 1 year in public accounting to join our dynamic tax team. Responsibilities

Preparation of federal and state tax returns Interaction with clients to discuss tax issues and new tax service opportunities Coordination of client services Collaborate with senior staff on tax planning and strategy development Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide support Assist in special projects and other duties as assigned Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting (a master's in accounting or tax is a plus) CPA license or eligibility to sit for the CPA exam Proficient accounting skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills-Excel, Word, and Outlook QuickBooks experience a plus Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills to enable effective interaction with all levels of personnel Strong work ethic and attention to detail Superior analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to provide exceptional client service through a sense of urgency and commitment to quality Appropriate ethical behavior through extraordinary confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A commitment to continuous improvement Completion of the Culture Index Survey (required for consideration) Work Environment Overview
