Private Client Services Paralegal
A national law firm client is seeking an experienced
Trusts & Estates & Probate Paralegal
to support attorneys in its
Trusts & Estates/Wealth Planning
practice.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and revise estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives
Support trust and estate administration, including probate filings, asset inventories, and accountings
Assist with the preparation and filing of estate and gift tax returns
Prepare trust funding documents, asset transfers, and beneficiary designations
Maintain organized electronic and physical client files
Track deadlines and manage workflow for assigned matters
Serve as a point of contact for clients, advisors, accountants, and court personnel
Conduct basic legal and factual research
Qualifications
10+ years
of paralegal experience in trusts & estates, private wealth planning
Strong knowledge of estate planning and trust administration processes
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
