Essential Functions:
Respond to routine and emergency maintenance service calls promptly and professionally
Repair or replace plumbing components such as faucets, drains, mixing valves, and toilets
Install or repair electric and gas water heaters
Replace electrical switches, receptacles, wiring, and other related components
Install or repair flooring, wood or vinyl base, trim, and glass as needed
Troubleshoot mechanical systems, including: Furnaces, Pumps, Air handlers, Temperature control systems
Participate as an active member of the Fire Team
Take part in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation

Skills/Qualifications:
High school diploma required; trade school education preferred
1–2 years of general maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare or residential setting
Strong problem-solving ability in basic mechanical and electrical repair
Valid driver’s license required
Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing or walking most of the day
Comfortable with regular exposure to dirt, dust, noise, and occasional temperature extremes
Able to safely use power tools, ladders, and other equipment, with awareness of job-related hazards
Strong interpersonal skills with regular interaction with residents and staff
