Advise on REIT structuring, acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, capital markets and financing matters tied to real estate assets Draft and negotiate tax provisions in transaction documents Partner with Real Estate, Funds, Capital Markets and Corporate teams across offices on tax‑driven deal architecture and execution Candidate Profile
Law school class years 2019–2022 Solid tax foundation with hands‑on exposure to real estate, including REITs Excellent research, writing and analytical skills; creative problem solver who can navigate novel issues LA location required Why This Role

Mentorship and training that are structured and accessible, including confidential coaching, live and on‑demand CLE, and partner mentorship. Compensation: $260,000–$390,000 base, plus discretionary performance bonus; comprehensive benefits including health care, retirement, paid time off, parental leave, life insurance and FSAs.
