Overview Senior Manager of Talent to support execution of the brand’s celebrity relations and influencer relations. Requires detail-oriented execution of high-impact talent plans across three tiers of VIPs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop holistic talent strategy across tiers: Ambassadors, Celebrities, Influencers and Creators.
Lead identification and contract management of talent partners.
Craft influencer and creator briefs that align with national initiatives.
Track results and performance of deliverables. Facilitate gifting and loaning of products.
Team, Cross Functional, and Partner Relationship Management
Manage and coach junior talent.
Build strong relationships with external partners: talent managers, agents, stylists.
Build strong internal Marketing partner relationships with Media, Social, Events, and Marketing Strategy.
Build strong internal cross‑functional relationships with Merch, Ecomm, Sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives and uphold brand equity.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Track earned media value, influencer marketing performance against KPIs such as MIV, sales growth, and reach and engagement.
Extract insights from brand performance and provide recommendations to senior leadership.
Extract insights from market trends and competitive dynamics to guide future strategies.
Skills
Expert in influencer, celebrity, and talent management, negotiations, and marketing.
Expert in PR, talent, and communication, fashion, influencers, and celebrities.
Proficient in talent management and contract negotiations.
Proficient in earned media and social media analytics tools; ability to strategically assess and optimize analytics tools.
Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
Experience in PR, communications, or celebrity/VIP management in luxury or fashion.
Experience leading experiential events and working within a PR agency (plus).
Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Data‑driven mindset; expertise in analyzing performance metrics and driving actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills; ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Can do attitude; flexible between leadership and execution.
