We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Vascular Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our vascular specialty clinic. Manage billing, coding, and insurance processes to maximize revenue and reduce denials
Monitor key performance indicators and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality of care
Recruit, train, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-performing team
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of patient information
Stay current with advancements in vascular care and healthcare regulations to ensure best practices
Skills And Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related experience
Proven experience in healthcare practice management, preferably in a vascular or specialty clinic
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, billing, coding, and insurance processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing healthcare environments
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and practice management software
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
