Who We Are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we help improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries—agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing—are the infrastructure of our planet, and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale.

About the role We’re looking for a Recruiter to partner with our Account Development team, focusing on hiring early‑career talent and helping them grow into future sales leaders. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your own career while scaling high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

This role is open to candidates residing in the Phoenix metro area. It is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in our Phoenix office and ~30% travel to events.

Who You Should Apply If

You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real‑world impact—helping keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, reduce emissions, and ensure workers return home safely.

You are the architect of your own career: Put in the work and this role won’t be your last at Samsara. We build a culture that encourages rapid career development and mastery in a hyper‑growth environment.

You’re energized by our opportunity: Digitizing large sectors of the global economy requires your full focus and best efforts to bring forth creative, ambitious ideas for our customers.

You want to be with the best: At Samsara, we win, celebrate, and support each other. You will be surrounded by a high‑calibre team that encourages you to do your best.

Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruiting: Create and implement strategies to build diverse pipelines across corporate teams through sourcing, referrals, research, events, and social media. Find and engage passive candidates; manage multiple requisitions and high‑volume periods while ensuring a flawless candidate experience.

Attend university recruiting events and partner with university sales clubs to drive top‑of‑funnel activity.

Be a talent advisor: Partner closely with hiring leaders; organize interview debriefs; drive offer approval, extension, and negotiation. Provide candidates with clear information to ease decision‑making.

Influence with data: Address and unblock data analysis challenges, extract and synthesize insights, and identify search headwinds and tailwinds.

Communicate effectively: Tailor written and verbal communication to different audiences and situations.

Manage stakeholders: Build trust with key cross‑functional contacts, identify friction points, set expectations, and drive initiatives to overcome obstacles.

Process excellence: Track pipeline data and provide consistent updates to hiring managers; maintain high attention to detail for data entry in Greenhouse and other recruiting tools.

Be a cultural champion: Embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) across new offices and globally.
