We're looking for a Regional Operations Manager to lead multiple wholesale locations, boost sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you'll champion operational excellence, develop high-performing teams, and partner with leadership to implement strategies that drive profitability and growth.

Oversee multi-location operations and ensure consistency across the region
Lead and mentor store teams to achieve financial and customer satisfaction goals
Streamline processes and foster a results-driven, customer-focused culture
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in multi-location retail/wholesale operations or sales leadership
Proven success in driving performance and operational efficiency
Strong leadership and communication skills
Bonus Points:
Wholesale distribution or B2B retail experience
Knowledge of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/POS systems
Physical Requirements: Ability to travel regionally, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in both office and store environments.
