Job Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on and organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our sightseeing tours in New York City. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating staff and fleet operations, and ensuring excellent customer service and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily sightseeing bus tour operations
Manage and schedule drivers and support staff
Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to ensure smooth tour execution
Implement and uphold safety and quality standards
Analyze operational performance and implement improvements
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies in real time
Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in tourism, transportation, or hospitality
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with NYC geography and tourism industry is a plus
Flexible schedule - mandatory weekends and holidays
Ability to commute to our office next to Bryant Park Health and dental insurance
