We’re looking for a
Day Supervisor
who’s ready to bring energy, creativity, and heart to our Youth service team. If you’re dependable, motivated, and love being part of a mission‑driven organization — we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Ensure treatment services and activities are being conducted as scheduled
Act as a liaison between the program, school districts, and collaterals
Participate in intake and discharge procedures for youth
Manage youth appointments, visits and transports
Provide supervision, coaching and feedback to caseworkers and senior caseworkers
Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 21 years old
Valid Massachusetts driver's license, required
Residential treatment experience and a bachelor's degree are strongly preferred
Shift:
Full‑time, 7am – 3pm Monday thru Friday
