Recovery Coach (Entry‑Level Mental Health Aide)

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and communicate with clients
Provide rehabilitation groups under supervision
Support client ADL’s as needed
Assist in crisis intervention
Ensure proper documentation per policies and procedures
Schedule On‑call: PM and weekends Full‑time: PM (Thursday – Monday)
Qualifications
Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting (training may substitute if absent)
Valid CA Driver’s License and successful DMV driving history check (driving duties may be assigned)

About the Campus Crestwood’s Psychiatric Health Facilities (PHFs) are dedicated to restoring a sense of hope, self‑empowerment and realized potential of recovery in each of our clients. PHFs are for clients who require stabilization, medication management, behavioral interventions, psychotherapy, psychosocial education and a transition plan to enable a successful return to their community. Crestwood’s Mental Health Rehabilitation Centers (MHRCs) provide psychosocial rehabilitation programs in secure, residential settings with a focus on brief lengths of stay.
