Summary of Position:
Case Manager working for the
Orange County Improving Families Program.
The successful applicant will possess stellar credentials in working successfully with youth, families and communities to safely manage troubled families in their homes with intensive case management and wrap-around support.
Responsibility of Case Manager is to initiate, organize, plan, develop, and ensure implementation of direct services to assigned participants and families.
All service plans will be based on a strength-based approach using the wrap around model.
Successful applicants will be well versed in child welfare and neighborhood-based approaches to aiding youth and families in crisis
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience working with at-risk youth and families
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an electronic health record system is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance coverage
Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) is a plus.
