Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:

Role Summary This role focuses on providing structured mental health treatment to clients through a secure telehealth platform. As an LCMHC, your work supports assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical oversight while maintaining steady workflows and predictable scheduling. The goal is quality care delivered with clarity and clinical accountability.
Responsibilities
Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
Complete diagnostic assessments and progress evaluations
Create and update treatment plans based on client needs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Support clinical quality standards and care consistency
Offer guidance to associate clinicians when required
Active
North Carolina LCMHC
license
Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
Strong clinical documentation and assessment skillsAbility to manage a full caseload independently
