Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Summary
As an LCMHC in this telehealth position, you will deliver individual mental health services within a structured clinical model. The focus is practical, outcome-driven care supported by consistent scheduling, defined processes, and a professional remote environment.
Responsibilities
Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
Provide individual therapy sessions remotely
Create, adjust, and follow treatment plans
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Coordinate with internal care teams as needed
Uphold clinical quality and compliance standards
Qualifications
Active
North Carolina LCMHC
license
Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
Experience in mental health treatment settings
Comfortable using telehealth systems and EHRs
Strong time management and communication skills
