Join Our Oklahoma City Team! Experienced RN (Levels 2–3) – Nephrology. Full‑time, night shift (7 PM–7 AM, 36 hours/week). Up to $10,000 hiring bonus and relocation assistance available. Pay range: $33.44–$53.00 /hr.
Requirements to Apply
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s required for RN 3).
Active RN license issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a valid compact license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
RN 2: 3–5 years of RN experience.
RN 3: 5+ years of RN experience.
Specialty certification preferred for RN 3.
Grow your career in the 22‑bed Medicine Nephrology unit offers experienced nurses the opportunity to work in a compassionate, team‑based environment caring for patients with complex medical and renal conditions. The unit follows a collaborative care model, pairing RNs with LPNs and dedicated clinical team associates to support safe, high‑quality care. Patient populations include renal disease, acute dialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and complex medical diagnoses. The unit also features dedicated comfort‑care and end‑of‑life suites, supported by a concierge RN to provide focused care to patients and families during critical moments.
Available Shifts
Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
Night differential: +$3.50 /hr.
Weekend differential: +$3.50 /hr.
What You’ll Do as a Nephrology RN
Deliver direct care to patients with complex renal and medical conditions; assist with diagnostic procedures as needed.
Monitor patient status and intervene appropriately; educate patients and families on care plans and discharge needs.
Administer medications, IV infusions, and blood products. Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR.
Support dialysis‑related care and chronic disease management; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.

Relocation assistance: up to $6,000 total ($1,000 cash up‑front and up to $5,000 reimbursed for relocation expenses).
