### Key Responsibilities* Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for children* Work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance physical development* Utilize evidence-based techniques to facilitate progress and engage children in therapy* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements* Educate families on therapeutic strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions* Provide guidance and support to **students and clinical fellows**
