Description LUV Car Wash was founded in Sept of 2021, and we have rapidly grown to over 80 locations in 6 states, including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are looking to add an HR Learning & Development Manager to our growing team to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

Job Summary The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This position assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training and development initiatives, identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for the organization. This position actively searches, creatively designs, implements, and executes effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and develop leaders.

Duties/Responsibilities

Conducts quarterly training and development needs assessment.

Collaborate with VP of Ops to create a Manager in Training program.

Develops training and development programs and measurable objectives.

Generates effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.

Partners with leadership to identify high-potential individuals and creates additional resources and programs to create a leadership pipeline

Plans, organizes, facilitates, and orders supplies for employee development and training events.

Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.

Collaborates with SMEs to create training material.

Exemplifies the culture and philosophies of the organization.

Works effectively across all areas of the organization and builds strong partnerships with stakeholders and the HR team.

Supports the VP of HR in executing development programs.

Travels regularly to regions to host training and work alongside leadership.

Supports the HR team with projects.

Requirements Required Skills/Abilities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.

HR certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
