LUV Car Wash, founded in September 2021, has grown to over 80 locations across six states including CA, NV, FL, GA, PA, and NJ. We are seeking an experienced HR Learning & Development Manager to help us continue our mission to become the best car wash in the industry.

Job Summary The Learning & Development Manager is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's employees. This role assesses company-wide developmental needs to drive training and development initiatives, identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for the organization, and actively searches, creatively designs, implements, and executes effective methods to educate, enhance performance, and develop leaders.

Duties / Responsibilities

Conduct quarterly training and development needs assessments.

Collaborate with VP of Ops to create a Manager in Training program.

Develop training and development programs with measurable objectives.

Generate effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.

Partner with leadership to identify high‑potential individuals and create additional resources and programs for a leadership pipeline.

Plan, organize, facilitate, and procure supplies for employee development and training events.

Conduct follow‑up studies of completed training to evaluate results.

Collaborate with SMEs to create training material.

Exemplify the culture and philosophies of the organization.

Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and the HR team across all areas.

Support the VP of HR in executing development programs.

Travel regularly to regions to host training and work alongside leadership.

Support the HR team with projects.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong presentation skills.

Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.

Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.

Ability to design and implement effective training and development.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Five years of experience designing and implementing employee development programs.

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.

HR certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
