to support our new mission in San Antonio, TX. The
Physician Curriculum Lead
role is to support the Medical Trauma Training Industry.
What You’ll Do:
The Contractor shall provide Physician Lead support for the Mobile Training Team (MTT) assigned to the Valkyrie Course. The Physician Lead shall serve as the senior clinical authority for mobile course delivery, ensuring medical accuracy, operational relevance, and instructional excellence in accordance with Joint Trauma System (JTS) clinical practice guidelines, DoD policies, and Service-specific requirements. Work conducted onsite, telework may be available on case-by-case basis. Approximately 50-60% travel may be required. The contractor shall perform the following tasks:
The Contractor shall serve as clinical lead for the Valkyrie Mobile Training Team, overseeing emergency trauma and EFWB training delivery.
The Contractor shall validate medical content and ensure alignment with JTS Clinical Practice Guidelines and DHA policy.
The Contractor shall provide oversight to Valkyrie Instructors during training execution and evaluation events.
The Contractor shall provide medical oversight for high-fidelity simulation and clinical scenario exercises.
The Contractor shall coordinate after-action reviews and generate readiness validation reports following training events.
What You Bring:
MD/DO or equivalent with background in education/training, or senior Physician Assistant with PhD equivalent in training‑related field.
5+ years clinical practice; 3+ years medical education experience.
Ability to integrate medical expertise and existing TCCC training platform into curriculum design, development, validation and accreditation.
Leadership and SME coordination across multiple services.
Deployed military medical experience required in tactical medicine with clinical trauma or critical care expertise applicable to austere settings (former SOF, flight surgeon, combat paramedic preferred).
