Description Arthrex Raleigh-Durham is seeking a highly motivated Spine Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, dedicated team. At Arthrex Raleigh-Durham, our focus is on people and the impact they can make to fulfill the Arthrex mission of

helping surgeons treat their patients better . This individual will focus on Arthrex’s Spine line of products. This is an individual contributor role responsible for selling Spine products within the Agency. This position will implement product strategy and will have direct interaction with customers.

The Spine Sales Representative is responsible for leading the sales strategy and sales activities for Spine products within the Agency. This individual is expected to be in the field to develop and maintain existing customer relationships, as well as to build new customer relationships. The Spine Sales Representative will also be responsible for providing high-level technical support to customers, achievement results, account education engagement, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will build relationships with current key customers and develop business with new surgeons across the territory.

Educate and support surgeons and their staff on Arthrex Spine products

Daily logistics support to ensure correct equipment is available for surgery

Daily surgery attendance to offer verbal operating room technical support

Monthly medical education support often after standard business hours or on weekends.

Implement sales strategy for local Arthrex Spine business in consultation with Local and Regional Spine leadership team

Attend industry tradeshow meetings and internal company meetings at Arthrex headquarters in Naples, FL.

Requirements

2+ years documented successful sales experience

Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills

Knowledge of surgical orthopedics, arthroscopy, and spine (preferred)

Willing to work with cadaveric specimens during medical education training

Base Salary plus commission and bonus
