Job Responsibilities
Achieve clients’ fundraising and engagement goals
Create and deploy engagement and fundraising email campaigns using internal tools
Manage communication processes and deadlines with clients and internal teams
Research and develop online fundraising and communications strategies
Build digital user journeys that raise awareness for social, environmental, and political issues
Required Qualifications
Passion for good causes
1-3 years of experience, including internships and part-time work
Excellent quantitative reasoning skills and the ability to apply data to strategic decisions
Strong writing and editing skills
Experience working with Excel or other spreadsheet or data-processing software
Preferred Qualifications
Experience setting up digital user experience tests, such as email A/B tests
Experience with mass emailing systems like EveryAction/NGP or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience coding in HTML and CSS for email or web
Background in political campaigns, nonprofits, or interactive marketing
