What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Code and send mission‑critical emails that raise funds and promote social change
Build digital user journeys to raise awareness on pressing social, environmental, and political issues
Collaborate with a team on data analytics projects to inform strategy
Ensure strong quality and excellent user experience for client audiences
Analyze email and advertisement response data to optimize campaigns
What is Required (Qualifications)
Up to 3 years of experience, including internships and part‑time work
Initiative and good judgment to resolve issues
Ability to work closely with various teams and stakeholders
Experience coding in HTML and CSS for email or web
Proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet and data‑processing software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with mass emailing systems such as Mailchimp, EveryAction/NGP, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Knowledge of setting up digital user experience tests, such as email A/B tests
