Responsibilities

Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns that encompass digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, print advertising, and email marketing strategies.

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, and other paid media channels.

Create compelling copy for various marketing materials including social media posts, email newsletters, product listings, and advertisements.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform campaign development.

Collaborate with brand partners to support product launches and promotional activities through targeted marketing efforts.

Utilize existing manufacturer marketing channels and resources.

Assist in budgeting processes for marketing campaigns; monitor expenses to ensure efficient use of resources.

Coordinate with other departments to produce visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite for digital, merchandising and print materials.

Site visits to customers to capture materials and testimonials via photo, video, drone.

Coordinate and execute 6-10 annual events both internal and customer facing.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience.

Proven experience or training in digital marketing, content creation, or related roles with a strong understanding of multichannel marketing strategies.

Familiarity or training on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and email marketing tools.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or equivalent for designing visual content.

Copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.

Proficiency in photography, video recording, and a familiarity or interest in learning drone recording.

Knowledge of performance marketing tactics including advertising sales strategies and e-commerce promotion techniques.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, parts, service, and brand partners.

A background in the agricultural sector is a plus but not required as long as you are open to learning and experiencing farm life.
