Dog Walker – Seasonal We’re hiring a Seasonal Dog Walker to join our team at the Humane Society of Missouri! The role is part‑time and seasonal, offering the chance to work directly with rescue animals and support their daily enrichment and care. Responsibilities: Walk shelter dogs, many of which are large, strong, and energetic. Maintain safe control and confident handling at all times. Support dog enrichment and care during walks, ensuring each dog’s needs are met. What We’re Offering: Part‑time, seasonal role $16 per hour Flexible schedule – weekend availability required; focused availability between 2:00–6:00 p.m., open to discussion. Chance to work directly with rescue animals. Qualifications: At least 6 months of direct dog handling experience (shelter, daycare, boarding, vet clinic, etc.). Confidence handling large or strong dogs. A reliable, safety‑conscious team member with a love for animals. Must be at least 18 years old.
