Looking for a flexible, part-time job working with dogs? We're hiring a Seasonal Dog Walker to join our team at the Humane Society of Missouri! We're looking for someone with at least 6 months of hands-on dog handling experience , especially with large or strong dogs. This role involves walking shelter dogs—many of which are strong, energetic, and require confident handling. You'll be expected to maintain safe control at all times. What We're Offering: Part‑time, seasonal role $16 per hour Flexible schedule – Weekend availability required Focused availability between 2:00–6:00 p.m. , but we're open to discussing what works best for you A chance to work directly with rescue animals and support their daily enrichment and care What We're Looking For: At least 6 months of direct dog handling experience (shelter, daycare, boarding, vet clinic, etc.) Confidence handling large or strong dogs A reliable, safety‑conscious team member with a love for animals Must be at least 18 years old This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in animal care while supporting the mission of the Humane Society of Missouri. #J-18808-Ljbffr
