The role involves accounting and management reporting responsibilities for Registered Investment Advisors. Job Responsibilities: Full accounting and reporting responsibilities for advisor entities Daily and monthly journal entry bookings and related reconciliations Extensive interaction with fund & tax accountants, auditors during year-end audit, and offshore support team Extensive Management reporting and Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance Cash reconciliations and relevant journal entries Inter‑company reconciliation and settlement of outstanding balances Balance Sheet review and sign‑off of relevant accounts Revenue booking, analysis, and forecasting Review of Overhead Allocations Expense booking, analysis, and forecasting Involvement in monthly management reporting Qualifications: Accounting degree or strong GAAP accounting knowledge required CPA or Public accounting experience is a plus Superior MS Excel skills required 2‑3 years of experience Alternative Asset Management experience is a plus Management reporting experience is a plus Compensation: Pay Rate: $60 – $70/hr, DOE The post Accounting Associate-Management Company Accounting appeared first on Landing Point.
