Job Description Seeking a detail-oriented individual for a legal office assistant position. The legal office assistant supports paralegals in the preparation and filing of immigration cases. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals achieve their dreams of living and working in the United States. Duties include Update client records in proprietary software Route incoming mail and documents Prepare government or client correspondence such as letters, emails and other documents from template text Assist paralegals in drafting forms and documentation for filings Communicate with clients and various government offices Scan/copy/save government and client correspondence Prepare FedEx and other shipment labels Assist in maintaining organized files though monitoring deadlines and documenting actions Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma required; Some college preferred Minimum 1 year of experience working in an office setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Professional demeanor Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Comprehensive training will be provided for this challenging and rewarding position.
