Oklahoma City, OK, US Share Job Via Facebook LinkedIn X Email The Role As an Information Assurance or Cybersecurity Specialist of airborne, ground support systems, and System Integration Labs, youll review systems to identify potential security weaknesses, recommend improvements, implement changes, and document modifications. Youll assess threat landscapes by reviewing technical, environmental, and personnel details from subject matter experts, engineers, and program managers. Youll work closely with the program manager to translate security concepts to secure mission-critical systems, develop strategic cyber roadmaps, and ensure secure operations in an evolving environment. You will identify the right tools and techniques to translate cybersecurity needs into effective solutions, advise on new techniques, and guide the team through critical design approaches, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to balance security and operational needs. You Have 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity Experience providing configuration management (CM) for information system security software, hardware, and firmware, and coordinating changes with Security Control Assessor (SCA) and Authorizing Official (AO) Experience providing security guidance and IS validation using NIST RMF, DoD, and local security policies Ability to manage security authorization activities Ability to coordinate security requirements for connected and non-connected, unclassified and classified systems Top Secret clearance Bachelor's degree DoD IAM or IAT Level III Certification Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certification Clearance Applicants must be eligible for a security investigation and meet access requirements for classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary ranges from $61,900 to $141,000 annually, depending on experience and other factors.
