The role involves delivering, selling, and merchandising Frito Lay’s complete line of products—including Lays, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, Fritos, and many more—to local stores such as gas stations, dollar stores, and large grocery stores. Responsibilities Learn the basics of the role in four to six weeks of dedicated driving and selling training with our amazing team members. Run routes for team members, experience different stores, and meet new customers. Grow sales on the route by building relationships, selling in displays, and completing national initiatives. Attain a route with set days off/schedule with time. Work in a fun, fast‑paced, and physical environment. We operate 24 hours a day, so your schedule may be unusual—team members often work weekends and holidays. The role is physical; you will be on your feet for the entirety of your shift. Minimum Qualifications Be 21 years of age or older. Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and the ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
