Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of administrative experience, personal assistant skills, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The position will be either in person in the Denver area or remote if located in the Southwest Washington/Portland area, with required in-person meetings as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to assigned personnel including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Support meeting preparation as needed, including identifying and disseminating meeting materials.
Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and identify follow-ups.
Support project coordination efforts by tracking progress and deadlines.
Serve as point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise independent judgment, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal skills, including teamwork attitude, with a focus on meeting company needs while striving for an enjoyable work environment for all staff.
Ability to work full-time in the Denver office or remotely if located in the Southwest Washington/Portland area.
Education and Experience
Associate’s degree in business, office administration, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
At least 5 years working in an office environment performing similar functions.
Compensation Range
The estimated compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000 per year for a full-time, exempt position. Compensation takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the employee’s work location.
