The Administrative Assistant for our Managed Services Team provides exceptional service at our HQ in Denver and occasionally onsite at our client location in Downtown Denver by greeting/assisting all visitors and answering and transferring incoming calls and providing administrative support.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Project Management
Schedules meeting rooms
Answers and transfers calls
Distributes name badges to visitors, temporary employees, etc.
Participates enthusiastically in company and community service events
Performs Administrative duties(billing, order processing, scheduling, etc.)
Performs PC Support and Administrative duties as needed
Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams
Assists Administration or any other team when needed for various tasks (envelope labels, compiling manuals, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of prior switchboard experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
MS Office Suite experience is a plus, specifically Word and Excel.
Possesses excellent customer service skills.
Possesses ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
Work Conditions, Mental and Physical Demands
M-F 7 am- 4 pm.
Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and normal range of temperature and noise.
Requires daily contact within the department.
Minimal physical effort is required. Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
Requires regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools).
