Location: Hayden, CO Benefits Pay $25-$35 per hour A culture that champions our Team Members Uniforms and laundry service Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Profit Sharing Excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) A culture of safety What You Will Be Doing Operates conveyor system to transport dry bulk products Operates dozer/loader to move coal and feeder conveyor Manage unloading of trains and securing of railcar doors Complete onboarding, New Hire Rail Training, and additional tasks as assigned Learn welding skills Get fit tested and wear a respirator per OSHA standards Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Eligible for Safety Specialist position What You'll Need 18 years of age or older Good communication skills with the ability to work from written and/or verbal instructions Must be able to work with a team, take direction from supervisors, adhere to required work schedules, focus attention on details, and follow work rules Must be able to safely perform the essential functions of the job without posing a direct threat to the safety of his or her own self, or the safety of others Able to work rotating shifts and overtime as required Can follow all rules, safety procedures, and outlines by Savage High School or GED Equipment/material handling experience is preferred Physical Requirements Of a Coal Operator Regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
