Salary is pro‑rata for part‑time hours. Effective 1 April 2026, the full‑time working hours for all Agenda for Change posts will be reduced to 36 hours.
Responsibilities
Clean patient areas, clinical and non‑clinical departments, offices and administration areas in compliance with national standards of cleanliness.
Provide patient catering, patient laundering, housekeeping, curtain changing and porter/messenger services within various health care environments, including Mental Health wards.
Communicate effectively with patients; good communication skills are essential.
Participate in a 3‑day induction prior to commencement of the role.
Qualifications / Eligibility
Right to work in the UK for the duration of employment.
Provide at least two references from current or most recent employment/education covering the last three years.
Driving licence required for Community Relief posts covering various areas in the north and east of Glasgow.
