Office Support Assistant
Onco360 has an immediate need for an Office Support Assistant. Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.
Hours: 10‑6:30 pm EST, Monday‑Friday.

Summary
The Office Support Assistant will support both the Advocacy and the Billing departments at the corporate office. The office clerk will be responsible for handling all billing statements and any other miscellaneous paperwork that needs to be sent to a patient, including mailing patient/MDO applications for financial assistance.
Major Responsibilities
Triage phone requests for Billing and/or Funding mailings and fax documents.
Log Level 2 requests appropriately for assignment and/or completion by the appropriate team.
Assist with daily paperwork needs associated with Financial Hardship Program, Manufacturer Applications, and Patient Billing related documents.
Prepare and ship Manufacturer Applications and FHP Applications to Patients via FedEx.
Keep records and documents in patient profiles appropriately after sending FedEx applications.
Compile, review, and prepare all Refund and Write‑off paperwork for approval and processing.
Handle incoming patient paperwork associated with Financial Hardship programs and Manufacturer applications.
File and maintain accounting records.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Education/Learning Experience
Required: High School diploma or GED
Work Experience
Required: 1–2 years in an office/administrative setting
Desired: 3+ years
Skills/Knowledge
Required: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
