Compensation
Starting salary at $22/hr and up. Quarterly incentive bonuses.
Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before January 31, 2026.
Annual salary range: $93,400.00–$161,000.00.

Work Hours Monday‑Friday shifts available; some weekends as needed.
Responsibilities
Practice first‑call resolution, answering requests from providers and patients.
Provide thorough, accurate, and timely responses to benefit inquiries for operations, providers, and patients.
Ensure complete and accurate patient setup in CPR+ system.
Perform full benefits verification using electronic resources and E1 checks for primary to tertiary insurances.
Run test claims to obtain valid responses and document outcomes.
Facilitate medical authorizations, LOAs, and TOAs for applicable claims.
Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy, complying with procedures and laws.
Contribute to team effort and perform related duties as assigned.
Adhere to company Code of Conduct, policies, and applicable laws.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
Required: High School Diploma or GED, previous Pharmacy, Medical Billing, or Benefits Verification experience.
Desired: Associate degree, Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB), specialty pharmacy experience.
Work Experience
Required: 1+ year pharmacy or benefit verification experience.
Desired: 3+ years.
Skills & Knowledge
Pharmacy insurance and benefit verification, PBM and Medical contracts.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
Pharmacy test claim and NCPDP claim rejection resolution.
Coordination of benefits, NDC medication billing.
Pharmacy terminology, math, analytical skills, typing/keying skills.
Behavior Competencies
Independent worker, good interpersonal, excellent verbal and written communication.
Efficient deadline‑oriented, flexible, detail‑oriented, time‑management skills.
