Position Information Position Title: Alumni Office Assistant Requisition Number: H00137P Position Category: Hourly/Work Study Campus Location: Weber State University – Ogden, UT Hours per week: Up to 20; Months per year: 12; Alternate work schedule. Pay: Hourly Pay Rate: $13.00 Job Summary / Basic Function General office duties as assigned. This will include, but not be limited to phone coverage, helping individuals coming into the Alumni Relations Office, processing incoming payments, and data entry. The person in this position must have excellent telephone etiquette. Required Qualifications Ability to learn and work in the Banner and iModules systems; training will be provided. Thursday and Friday availability. Successful background check. Preferred Qualifications Federal Work Study funding preferred but not required. Additional Information Criminal background check is required as a condition of employment.
