Position Information Title: Office Assistant Requisition Number: H00714P Category: Hourly/Work Study Campus Location: Weber State University - Ogden, UT Hours per week: 20 Months per year: 12 Alternate work schedule: Yes Pay Grade: Salary Hourly Pay Rate: $12.00 FLSA: Job Job Summary / Basic Functions Assist with planning and carrying out Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning events and programs such as book groups, New Faculty Retreat, Adjunct Faculty Retreat, Thrive Symposium, and The Last Lecture. Perform general office tasks and errands. Required Qualifications Must be a current WSU student. Must have Windows and Microsoft Office experience. Must be able to navigate Google programs. Must have friendly and professional communication skills. Must be able to attend all CETL events, including a 3-day retreat every August. Must be 50/50 eligible. Preferred Qualifications Taken communication classes. Design/marketing experience. Canva design experience. Office work experience. Flexible schedule.
